Lauren McGrath is a skilled hair and makeup artist, and the founder and CEO of Mija Wellness & Healing. Beyond her creative talents, Lauren is deeply committed to mental health advocacy, dedicating her time to hosting wellness and yoga retreats, as well as supporting nonprofit organizations such as Voices Beyond Assault—a powerful platform devoted to revitalizing and empowering survivors of sexual and domestic violence.

For this collaboration, I was inspired to incorporate natural elements that reflected Lauren’s grounded energy, rhythm, and flow—honoring both her creative spirit and healing mission.
